1. Public website only
The Site provides general information about OpContext, a product and service for shared context for teams and agents. The Site does not itself grant access to OpContext subscription services, evaluation services, professional services, software, APIs, connectors, workspaces, pilots, proof-of-value engagements, or production deployments.
Any customer evaluation, pilot, subscription, professional service, data processing arrangement, security commitment, service level, or deployment is governed only by a signed master services agreement, order form, data processing addendum, statement of work, nondisclosure agreement, or other written agreement signed or accepted by Aluna AI.
2. Demo requests and submissions
You may use the Site to request a demo or contact us. You agree that information you submit through the Site will be accurate and that you have authority to provide it.
Do not submit customer source material, confidential workstream records, regulated data, credentials, secrets, security vulnerability details, privileged legal materials, health information, payment-card or financial-account information, government identifiers, children's data, biometric data, export-controlled information, formal HR/personnel records, or similar sensitive materials through the public website or demo form.
Unless we have signed a nondisclosure agreement or other written agreement with you or your organization, information submitted through the public website is not treated as customer materials under an enterprise agreement. Public website submissions are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALUNA AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED US $100.
